back to school

The back-to-school season is an exciting time for both students and parents. However, it also brings with it the increased risk of illness, as crowded classrooms and close interactions can easily lead to the spread of germs. With the ongoing concerns about common illnesses like the flu and colds, it's crucial to take proactive steps to keep your family healthy. These are some products that we have incorporated into our home to prevent sickness during the back-to-school season and throughout the winter.

Mary Ruth Organics is an up and coming brand that makes great supplements to support our bodies. It comes in a liquid form with a nice Raspberry flavor that makes it easier for kids to take. They use high quality ingredients and are dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free and sugar free so that everyone can benefit from their products.

2) Beekeeper's Naturals Daily Throat Spray: https://amzn.to/3RdDqFp

Beekeeper's throat spray is made from Bee Propolis and contains over 300 beneficial components including antioxidants, vitamin c, zinc, and iron. Whenever anyone in our family starts coming down with a cold, we turn to this spray. It makes our cold a lot less severe and last fewer days.

3) Redmond Re-Lyte Electrolyte Drink Mix: https://amzn.to/45IFjy8

Getting adequate hydration is key to maintaining your health. It's easy to not get enough water during the colder months due to the cold and not being quite as active. However, it's still important to keep hydrated to prevent illnesses. Re-Lyte is great as it has no sugar and contains essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, and calcium. Not only that but it also contains trace minerals to make it a more well-rounded product.

4) Microbiome Labs Mega SporeBiotic for Kids: https://amzn.to/3PaxgmF

This product is in a gummy form making it more attractive for kids. With no refrigeration required, you are able to store where you want. What's ideal about Mega SporeBiotic is that the Bacillus spore have a natural shell and are able to withstand the acidity of your stomach and get to work where you need it most. Your immune system starts in your gut, so having a good probiotic is essential for making sure our immune system is functioning at an optimal level.

Check out the links attached to learn even more about these four products. These products are what I use for my family. As moms, we know that kids will inevitably get sick, so I wanted to share these products in hopes that you will find beneficial to your family as well. If we can help ease the misery and pain in our kids that comes with being sick, then I'd say that is a win for all of us.
